1. What GRP is
Generational Roleplay is a local-first roleplay backend and web interface for organizing AI-assisted campaigns, cards, prompts, memories, maps, and scene continuity. It is not an AI model provider and does not include model credits.
2. Accounts and access
You need an account to access buyer downloads, update logs, and license tools. Keep your account credentials private. We may suspend or remove accounts used for abuse, fraud, credential sharing at scale, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass licensing.
3. License rules
Each buyer account can maintain up to three active machine licenses unless we agree otherwise. You may delete an activation to free a machine slot. License keys are machine-bound and are for your own devices or household/workflow, not public redistribution.
4. Downloads and updates
Buyer accounts can download the current release and older releases we keep available. Older builds are provided for convenience and may receive less support than the current build.
5. User data and local files
The GRP app stores campaign data locally on your machine unless you choose to export, upload, or share it. You are responsible for backing up your campaigns, maps, prompts, API keys, and saved data.
6. Model providers and content
You bring your own OpenRouter, Hugging Face, or custom provider API key. Your provider's rules, prices, model behavior, outages, and moderation are outside our control. You are responsible for the prompts, generated content, API usage, and provider costs created through your own keys.
7. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We try to keep account, license, download, and update services available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Local app use may also depend on your operating system, network, model provider, and security software.
8. Limit of liability
GRP is provided as software for creative use. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost campaigns, lost API credits, provider charges, model outputs, business losses, or indirect damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as GRP changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page and may be mentioned in the update log.
